That is what today will forever be known as. I have photographic proof that a wild squirrel ate out of Laina's hand. Laina told me afterwards, "Mom, I am the luckiest girl in the world!" I love her flair for the dramatic sometimes!
I have so many pictures that I liked from our walk today that I will just post them and not babble on anymore.
Ok, actually I can't resist a running commentary.
This is Evie's sad face because I took her soother away to try and take her picture:
Evie and my mom (which she would definitely not approve of me posting a backside picture of her on the internet, lol, so no one tell her!):
My standard Chickadee shot:
I was less than a foot away from this squirrel, this is the little guy who ate out of Laina's hand
I like how the seed is hanging out of his mouth here!
Evie trying to feed a Chickadee from her stroller:
Mylie's hand feeding a chickadee... this rarely happens because she fidgets too much. She was so excited!
Laina and her squirrel buddy

Don't they look happy to be here? This was the big girl's idea, not mine. Evie wasn't too into it either
Black-headed grosbeak - this guy was shy and I couldn't get very close so I cropped in close on the pictures, that is why they aren't as sharp.
